MILLWOOD EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTER

West Valley's Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) provides a developmental learning environment for children birth through four years of age.  Infants and toddlers are served in the center's 0 to 2 program.  This program is funded through state and federal funds for children experiencing developmental delays.  Children and their families participate in a flexible schedule at school-based, home-based and parent education programs.  Three and four year old children are served through Millwood's ECEAP (Early Childhood Education  Assistance Program) and Preschool Plus programs.  These programs are school-based with children attending four days a week in either a morning or afternoon session.  ECEAP and Preschool Plus programs provide educational, therapy and family services for qualified children at no cost to the family.
